Day 1 :

HANOI - AO TIEN PORT - QUAN LAN (L/D)

06:00: The bus and guide will pick you up from the designated meeting point at the Hanoi Opera House and head to Van Don via the Hanoi - Hai Phong - Van Don expressway. Along the way, the bus will make stops at fixed points such as Hưng Yên rest area (06:45-07:00) and V52 Hải Dương (07:15-08:00) where guests can have breakfast. Continue picking up passengers at the Bạch Đằng bridge area in Hai Phong between 08:30 - 09:00.

11:00: Arrive in Van Don and have lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, proceed with the guide to check-in for the 13:00 speedboat to Quan Lan.

14:00: The boat arrives at Quan Lan. Experience a new sensation by taking tuk-tuk or electric vehicles to the hotel. Check-in and relax.

Afternoon: Enjoy free time on the long white sandy beaches, relax in the clear blue water.

18:30: Dinner, then free time to relax. Overnight stay in Quan Lan.

Day 2 :

QUAN LAN ISLAND (B/L/D)

06:30: After breakfast at the hotel, take a vehicle to visit the temples, shrines, and pagodas in Quan Lan - historical sites built over a hundred years ago.

11:30: Lunch and rest.

Afternoon: Free time for beach activities. Explore Quan Lan's beaches such as Son Hao or Minh Chau Beach.

18:00: Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Quan Lan

Day 3 :

QUAN LAN - AO TIEN PORT - HANOI (B/L)

07:00: Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy free time for a final swim or shopping at the local market.

08:30: Check-out and transfer to the port for the return speedboat.

11:00: Lunch at a restaurant.

13:00: The bus will pick you up for the return trip to Hanoi. On the way, stop in Hai Duong for souvenirs. Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to the original meeting point. End of the progra

Children Policy

Children aged 1-4 years old: Free service, only 300,000 VND for speedboat tickets (parents cover all other costs, no seat on the bus). Only one free child per two adults, additional children at 50% (half meal and separate seat on the bus).
- Note: If one adult travels with one free child, the child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (children 50% include half meal and separate seat on the bus. Additional costs for scenic tickets due to height or age regulations at tourist sites are the family’s responsibility).
Children aged 5-9 years old: 75% of the tour price (separate meal, seat on the bus but must share a bed with parents). Two children will be charged but no separate bed.
Children aged 10 years and older: Full price.

Purchasing Seafood

Seafood must be packed in sealed and clean styrofoam boxes. The driver has the right to refuse transport if seafood is not properly packed.
Do not bring any seafood into the seating area. The driver may refuse transport if excessive seafood is purchased and there is no space in the luggage compartmen

Notice

Insurance can only be purchased if the following conditions are met:
- Book the tour at least 2 days before the departure date (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
- Provide complete and accurate information: Full name + date of birth
Tour participants (especially those involving ships, trains, planes) must carry valid identification (ID card/Passport). Children under 14 must bring a birth certificate. Children 14 and older must have an ID card or passport.
It is advisable to bring medicine for stomach upset, common cold, or fever.
Vegetarians should bring additional vegetarian food to suit their dietary preferences.
Any unused services during the tour are non-refundable.
The tour guide may rearrange the order of sightseeing points to fit the specific conditions of each departure date, but will ensure all itinerary points are covered.
