A Journey Across Two Countries: HANOI – MONG CAI – DONG HUNGVAN VI BEACH – ZHUSHAN OLD TOWN – KIM SHA WATERFALL

06:00: The car picks up guests at the Hanoi Opera House and departs for Mong Cai. Guests can rest and have breakfast at their own expense during the journey.

10:00: Arrive at Mong Cai International Border Gate. The tour guide will meet the group and assist with immigration procedures to cross into Dong Hung, China. While waiting and after crossing the border, guests will visit and take photos at:
- Friendship Bridge: This bridge connects the Vietnam-China border across the Kalong River, marked by the landmark 1369, which defines the border between Vietnam and China. The landmark is 2.2 meters high, 50 cm wide, and made of granite, featuring the national emblems of Vietnam and China.
- Ho Chi Minh Memorial House: Located at the North Luong Border Station, this site commemorates President Ho Chi Minh’s visit to Dong Hung, China, in 1960. The memorial, completed in May 2019, covers an area of 261 m² and cost 6.3 billion VND.

12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant where guests will enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine at either Shun Cheng or Happiness Restaurant.

14:00: In the afternoon, continue the tour:
- Vietnam-China Friendship Park: Located to the right of the Chinese border gate, the park features green spaces, a revolutionary martyrs' monument, and the tallest Wenxiong Tower (40 meters high with 7 floors), adorned with intricate Chinese designs. After visiting, enjoy a city tour of Dong Hung, including the City Hall Square.
- Traditional Chinese Medicine Center: Visit the De Ren Tang center to learn about China’s famous traditional medicine. Guests can receive free consultations and treatments.
- Shopping at Tan Nhuan Phat Supermarket: Located in the Northwest District, this area features Western-style architecture. Guests are encouraged to take photos as souvenirs.

17:00: Transfer to a restaurant in Dong Hung for dinner. Afterward, guests are free to shop, explore the city, and stay overnight at a hotel in Dong Hung city center.

07:30: Breakfast at the hotel and prepare luggage.

09:00: Depart for:
- Van Vi Fishing Village: Located 27 km from Dong Hung, this village in Jiangping Town has been home to Kinh people for 500 years. The beautiful beach offers many dining and shopping options.
- Zhushan Old Town: Located in the southwestern part of China’s mainland, this area is the junction of land and sea. Highlights include the border guard station, the monument marking the zero point of the Guangxi border, and the adjacent scenic square. The picturesque town recently won accolades in the "Beautiful Guangxi - Rural Revitalization" program.

11:30: Lunch at a restaurant near Van Vi Beach. After lunch, head to Kim Sha Waterfall for an adventurous experience sliding down the waterfall for about 1.5 hours.
Note: Guests will need to cover their own transportation costs from Van Vi to Kim Sha Waterfall and the sliding fee. The waterfall is open only from May to September. If not available, guests will return to Dong Hung after lunch, with free time for shopping and exploring the city.

17:00: Dinner in Dong Hung. Evening free for exploration.
** Suggested Evening Activities:
- Rent an electric bike to explore the shopping streets (20 RMB/vehicle for 2 people).
- Shop at Gui Zhou Street and Nong Shang Road, Dong Hung’s busiest shopping areas with various local foods and shops.
- Visit the western district for karaoke, bars, or pubs. Alternatively, buy fireworks for a nostalgic experience reminiscent of past celebrations.
- Sample local street food like chicken feet, duck wings, stinky tofu, and fried chicken.

Overnight stay at the hotel in Dong Hung city center.

07:30: Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

09:00: The guide will take guests to the Dong Hung border gate, where you can take photos of the colorful streets nearby. Visit the Van Zhong wholesale market for local agricultural products, specialties, and handicrafts.

10:00: Walk to the Dong Hung border gate, complete the re-entry formalities into Vietnam.

12:00: Transfer to a restaurant for lunch, then visit Mui Sa Vi, the northernmost point of Vietnam, marked by a monument with three pine trees.

14:00: Depart for Hanoi. During the journey, guests can buy souvenirs and local specialties.

18:30: Arrive in Hanoi and say goodbye to guests. End of the tour!
