NOTICE

Guests traveling on tours (especially those involving boats, trains, or planes) must carry valid personal identification (ID card/Passport). Children under 14 must carry a birth certificate. Children 14 and older must have ID card or passport.
It is advisable to bring medicine for diarrhea, common cold, and fever.
Vegetarian guests should bring additional vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences are met.
No refunds will be given for any services not used during the tour.
The guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing points to suit the specific conditions of each departure date while ensuring all points in the program are covered.

SEAFOOD PURCHASE

Seafood must be packed in foam boxes, sealed and clean. The driver may refuse to transport seafood if it is not properly packed.
Do not bring any seafood into the passenger cabin. The driver may refuse to transport seafood if there is too much and no space in the trunk.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children from 1-4 years old are free of service charges; parents are responsible for all related costs and do not occupy a seat on the car. 2 adults are allowed to bring 1 free child; the second child will be charged 50% (with half meal and separate seat on the car).
Note: If 1 adult travels with 1 free child, this child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (children’s standard of 50% includes half meal and separate seat on the car. Additional costs for sightseeing tickets due to height or age regulations will be covered by the family).
For speedboat tickets (as per the boat company’s regulations):
- Children 1-2 years old: 400,000 VND round-trip speedboat fare
- Children 3-4 years old: 500,000 VND round-trip speedboat fare
- Children from 5-9 years old: 75% of the basic tour price + the difference in speedboat fare as per the boat company’s regulations (own meal, separate seat on the car but must share a bed with parents). 2 children will be charged without a separate bed.
- Children from 10 years old: Full adult rate.
