Day 1 :

HA NOI – HAIKOU – HAINAN

21:00: Meet the tour guide at Noi Bai Airport for flight GX8982 at 00:15 - 02:35 (local time) to Haikou, Hainan.
02:35 (China Time): Arrive at Meilan International Airport, Haikou, complete immigration, and transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.
Overnight at Golden Lotus 4-star hotel or equivalent.

Day 2 :

OLD TOWN OF KYLAU – HIGH-SPEED TRAIN – HAICHAO ISLAND (B/L/D)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Rest. At 09:00, depart for:
- Old Town of Kylao: A popular social media spot featuring the historic Sipai Lou from the Southern Song Dynasty, with over 700 years of history. The Old Town of Kylao has been listed as one of the "Top 10 Chinese Cultural and Historical Streets" in Beijing on June 10, 2009.
Lunch: Enjoy a meal at a local restaurant. Then board the high-speed train from Haikou to Haichao Island - the largest artificial island in the world, often called the "Dubai of the East."

Afternoon, you will explore Haichao Island - a magnificent project by Evergrande Group, featuring hundreds of top architects from around the world, investing billions to recreate a global cultural tourism map. It combines 28 global tourism themes and aims to create a comprehensive international vacation destination, including amusement parks, resorts, shopping, dining, conferences, exhibitions, coastal entertainment, and cultural performances. At night, enjoy a spectacular light show across the island. After checking into the hotel, explore attractions such as Observation Island No. 1, Songzhu Tower, Songzhu Beach, Food Street, Church, Film Studio, Museum, etc., or relax at the hotel's pool.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. Optional 60 RMB per person for a round trip on the electric car around the island. Overnight at Castle Hotel Ocean Flower Island 5-star or equivalent.

Day 3 :

SANYA – NANSHA CULTURAL PARK – YUCHANG NIGHT MARKET (B/L/D)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Then transfer to Sanya. After lunch, visit:
- Nansha Cultural Park: The first AAAA national scenic area in China integrating Buddhist culture and natural beauty, featuring the famous Nansha Avalokiteshvara statue, a 108-meter-tall structure symbolizing wisdom, compassion, and peace.
- Phoenix Island: Explore architectural highlights in Hainan.
- Tianshu Cultural Park: Optional 380 RMB per person for a visit to an ancient town, romantic streets, and a must-see show.
Dinner at lobster Seafood Banquet: 300 RMB per person, featuring 18 different flavors and numerous Hainan seafood dishes. Alternatively, visit Yuchang Night Market to sample local and popular internet-famous dishes.

Day 4 :

DATIAN RICE TERRACES – TIANLANG VALLEY – ALONG BAY (B/L)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Then take an electric car to:
- Datian Rice Terraces: Experience traditional Chinese silk culture.
- Tianlang Valley: A living fossil of Hainanese culture located in the Cam Thap Ling Nature Reserve, featuring lush forests and an extensive areca nut valley. The scenic area includes Lê ethnic village, original Miao village, and tropical rainforest. Explore the cultural experiences in areas such as Intangible Cultural Heritage Village, Cam Thap Le Village, Miao Family Bank, Lê Family Field, Orchid Wood House, and Lê Miao Food Street.
Lunch: Enjoy a meal at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Visit a latex mattress or fish oil shop. Explore Along Bay Beach, known for its 7km long stretch of white sand and crystal-clear water, dubbed the "Most Beautiful Bay in the World." Optional helicopter tour of Hainan Island for 230 RMB per person to enjoy panoramic views of Sanya and its coastline.

Day 5 :

HAINAN – HA NOI (B/L)

Morning: After breakfast, check out and visit a Traditional Chinese Medicine shop. Lunch: At a local restaurant. Afternoon: Visit Jinghai Bagnao Temple to experience Chinese Buddhist culture. Then, enjoy shopping and dining at Guan Lan Hu Duty-Free Center, the largest in Asia. After arriving at the airport, enjoy shopping and dining at the airport terminal before boarding flight GX8981 at 22:45 - 23:15 (local time) back to Hanoi. 23:15 (Vietnam Time): Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. End of the tour and farewells.

Passport copies (pages 2-3, valid for 6 months with at least 2 blank pages).
Photos (1 photo per person, size 4×6, taken within 6 months).
Complete visa application form (Chinese Visa Application Form V2013).
Bank account balance statement (with confirmation letter from bank) showing a balance of at least 7,000,000 VND per person or equivalent.

Legal Compliance: Travelers must comply with the laws and regulations of the respective country during the trip. Travelers are fully responsible for any personal and property losses due to personal negligence or illness, and the travel company assumes no responsibility.
Valuables: Please keep valuables (cash, jewelry, valuable items, etc.) secure.
Hotel Room Arrangements: There may be cases of single male or female travelers. In such cases, the travel company will arrange shared rooms based on gender. If no shared room is available, single rooms will be provided, and the additional single room fee will be the traveler’s responsibility.
Transportation Regulations: According to national regulations, overloading on tourist vehicles is prohibited, and each person must have their own seat. Children who are not of legal age and infants must have their own seats. Please travel with the exact number of people registered. Adding extra people (including children and infants) without the travel company’s consent is not allowed. If there are no available seats, the travel company will not board extra passengers.

Safety Measures: The tour guide and other travel company staff cannot provide direct services to travelers. The staff will inform travelers of safety measures and health requirements upon registration. Travelers must ensure their own safety and that of accompanying minors, and avoid going out at night. If you must go out, please carry the hotel’s business card and return before 22:00. Any issues arising during free time activities are the traveler’s responsibility. The tour guide will remind you to pay attention to personal safety and belongings. The travel company is not responsible for lost items.
Travel Insurance: Travel accident insurance covers ages 2-80. For travelers aged 70 and above, the insurance amount remains unchanged, and the accident compensation is 50% of the insurance amount, covering medical expenses only, with no other insurance responsibilities.
Force Majeure: If the itinerary is changed, delayed, stuck, or ends early due to force majeure events such as bad weather, natural disasters, train delays, or traffic jams, it will be handled according to Article 67 of the “China Tourism Law.”

TOUR REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Deposit: Please pay a deposit of 2 million VND upon registering for the tour. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before departure.
Schedule Changes: Due to the nature of individual travelers, the departure date may be changed if:
- The group does not have at least 15 adults 10 days before the departure date.
- The planned departure date encounters force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, wars, etc.
